Director Julian Richards drops in all the way from the United Kingdom to talk about his 2012 gem serial killer chiller Shiver, about a serial killer targeting a mentally abused young lady in Portland, Oregon. Will the damaged heroine find the courage to stand up to this psycho's terror reign or will she be just another fallen victim.
